Matt Miles
Chairman of 707, Matt was involved in the waste handling industry before anyone had even considered recycling, environmental management and carbon footprints.
His proven track record of building and managing successful waste companies includes Polkacrest, Heron Environmental in Kent and 3b in Northern England. Always customer focused, ensuring that service is a priority, his energy and drive has given him a formidable reputation in the industry.
Graeme Rose
Director Graeme, who has a degree in Environmental Management, joined Matt at 3b in its embryonic stage seven years ago, and as a director helped build the company to a turnover of over £6 million.
Graeme subsequently spent seven months cycling around Europe, raising money for cancer research and another six months managing a large recycling business in Australia. He believes business should be fun, professional and – above all – ethical.
David Adams
Formerly Commercial Manager at Greenstar, David had such faith in 707’s vision that he relocated to Tunbridge Wells to work for them. Now based at 707’s head office in Leeds, with the title Managing Director, David has a reputation for consistently delivering above targets. He has built many successful relationships with clients, colleagues and management throughout the waste management industry.
Prior to Greenstar he worked as the national subcontracting manager for Veolia Environmental Services. He also acted as a consultant on The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997.
