Max is the managing director of UK Waste Solutions Ltd (UKWSL) the new owners of 707 Ltd. He will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration of the two businesses ensuring the best outcomes for all stakeholders.
Before joining UKWSL, Max held several senior positions at companies within the waste and recycling industry spanning over 20 years.
Max is the first Managing Director of UKWSL. He has been with the business for over six years, previously in the capacity of director of corporate affairs. Max was responsible for guiding the business from being owner managed to the current board structure. Max constantly works with his teams to ensure UKWSL are leading the way in technology, supply chain management and customer engagement.
Maria has worked in waste management for 23 years. She has worked in a range of roles including Customer Service, Sales, Account Management and Administration. Her experience varies across all waste types including the more difficult to deal with Hazardous and Clinical wastes.
She is currently employed as Operations Manager for 707 Resource Management and as part of this role she manages the Customer Service and Sales Teams.
Chris has worked for 707 for over two years now and during this time has worked in many different sections of company, from Customer service to Sales through to administration.
Chris is now the supervisor for the customer service and administration team and takes pride in his knowledge of the industry.
Sales Team Leader of 707, Sam has been involved and interested in the waste management industry for five years. He has a range of expertise and industry knowledge, starting out on the front line of the Customer Service team to working up to his current position in Sales.
From General Waste to Hazardous waste Sam or his team will be able to assist you and advise on the best disposal routes for your company. Sam has built incredible customer relationships from the pub management industry right to the demolition industry.
Chloe has worked for 707 since leaving school following her A levels in 2013 deciding not to go to university but to progress her career within 707. Chloe has taken on several successful challenges. Her bubbly personality is her trademark.
As Contract Negotiator Chloe has tremendous tenacity combined with empathy, Always putting the customer first, Chloe is focused and a dedicated member of the team.
